Additional Information
In 1996 I founded a business called Team Creations because I wanted to help people work better together. I knew that most groups weren’t living up to their potential and believed I could change that. Offering meeting facilitation, workshops, and consulting; I set off to create a better world, one team at a time. In 2006, I changed the name of the business to LaForce Teamwork Services.
I lead meetings that are fast, focused, and fun. As a facilitator I specialize in strategic planning and projects that address emotionally-charged problems. My clients say that I am always well-prepared, flexible, and fair. They often remark at the end of a session that they cannot believe how much they were able to accomplish.
Many of my clients know me as a trainer or speaker. The workshops and seminars that I offer cover a wide-variety of topics. My favorites include teamwork, conflict management, communication, and anything related to leadership. Year after year, clients ask me back because I engage learners with infectious enthusiasm and challenge them to apply what they’ve learned.
When organizations have teamwork problems, they call me. They’ve learned I can quickly put my finger on the problem and offer just the right solution. In this consulting role, clients appreciate my fresh perspective, resourcefulness, and responsiveness. They also like that I stick with the problem until it is resolved.
My client list includes companies of every size and in many different industries. I have worked with federal, state, and local units of government. Within organizations, I have worked with executive teams, frontline employees, and across most functional departments. This broad range of experience gives me a unique perspective that I apply to my current projects.
